Bush Bash

Bush Bash was conceived in a loft in Brooklyn by roommates Lindsay Ballant, Brian Lightbody, and Arthur Purvis. The Bash was the result of many a late night conversation gathered around a wood stove over whisky and drone music. Arthur served as development guru, Brian brought the funny, and Lindsay creatively directed.

The team and ambitions of the project quickly grew. Erika Lee, who voluntarily spent countless hours staring into the crevasses of Cheney's face, contributed design, graphics, and illustrations. Mike Essl and Sasha Tochilovsky of Studio ME/AT brought the website design to life. And Goro Harumi and Peter Esveld helped us with the programming, holidays and all.

We'd also like to give a shoutout to Matt Owens, for use of his Bush illustration on the homepage and the mask.
